Michael Goldstrom is in LUV
for a limited time only

LUV by Murray Schisgal

LUV
A comedy by Murray Schisgal

with Michael Goldstrom, Rob Roy Cesar and Betsy Zajko
Directed by Howard Teichman

Teaming up with the same director and theater that brought you the celebrated west coast premiere of Modern Orthodox, I’m playing Harry Berlin in a rare production of LUV, written by Murray Schisgal, the future co-author of Tootsie. LUV was nominated for a Tony in 1964, and the most recent production was a lesbian version in Berkeley: it can only go up.

Modern Orthodox at Theatre 40 had a great response:

“Goldstrom is a tour de force that will leave you roaring.” Los Angeles Times

“blisteringly funny.” LA Weekly

“Michael Goldstrom is hilarious.” ReviewPlays.com

“superbly spot-on, marvelously colorful characterization” Backstage West

“absolutely magnificent” LAStageScene.com
